2. Products and "Mystery" Nature Bubble and Bow specializes in "Mystery Scoops." By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The exact items included in your scoop are a surprise and will vary.
While we try our best to accommodate custom requests and color preferences left in the order notes, these are requests, not guarantees, and depend on our current inventory.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes to show the types of items you might receive, not the exact items.
3. Pricing and Payments All prices on our site are listed in INR (₹). We operate strictly on a Prepaid Only basis.
Checking out on our website reserves your scoop, but your order is not finalized until payment is completed.
Payments must be made manually via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) through our official WhatsApp channel using your Order ID.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery We ship across India. A flat-rate shipping fee of ₹100 applies to standard orders. Orders to North East states incur an additional ₹50 surcharge. We aim to dispatch orders promptly once payment is confirmed, but delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Return and Refund Policy At Bubble and Bow, every single scoop is prepared with extreme care, thorough quality checks, and extra protective packaging to ensure your items leave our studio in perfect condition. Because of the surprise nature of our products and the logistics involved, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements including minor defects or damages caused in transit by courier handling. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support for our small business policy!
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates to our website.
